Refund and Returns Policy
Effective Date
This Return & Refund Policy is effective as of the date it is posted on the Humble Down website.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our manufacturing process, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Humble Down does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
Why Returns & Exchanges Are Not Accepted
Humble Down works with international manufacturing partners to create custom, small-batch, and made-to-order products. Our apparel is manufactured through Silk Style Exports, and our plush products are manufactured through Stuffed Animal Pros. Because items are produced specifically for each order, we are unable to resell or restock returned merchandise.
Manufacturing, Tariffs & Overseas Shipping
Orders placed with Humble Down involve international production, overseas shipping, customs duties, tariffs, and manufacturing setup costs. These costs are incurred immediately once production begins and are non-recoverable, which is why refunds or exchanges cannot be offered.
Order Accuracy & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before completing checkout, including size, color, personalization, and shipping information. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed, canceled, or modified.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a verified manufacturing defect, please contact Humble Down within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. At our discretion, we may offer a replacement or store credit. This does not guarantee a refund.
Shipping Delays & Customs
Humble Down is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback for a product that follows this policy may result in account restrictions or permanent refusal of future service. We encourage customers to contact us directly with concerns so we can assist appropriately.
Agreement to This Policy
By placing an order with Humble Down, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy and understand that all sales are final.
